state director: madisen hill

Madisen began participating in pageants 13 years ago and was instantly inspired by their ability to help young women achieve greatness. After working with the National Miss Amazing pageant and seeing the impact it had on on the contestants, as well as the community, she wanted to help out in any way she could. An actress, dancer, and singer, Madisen currently lives in Los Angeles as she pursues a career in entertainment. She has worked on numerous television shows, films, and commercials, and is most known for her 6 season run as a host and segment reporter on Life Life & Win!, a nationally syndicated television show highlighting inspirational teen success stories.  She is excited to use her background in pageantry and entertainment to work as the Buddy Recruiter and help other experience the life-changing opportunity that the Miss Amazing Pageant offers.


SOcial media/ outreach coordinator: TIFFANY CHANG

Through her involvement in Undergraduate Student Government and study in Human Biology, with an emphasis in the Biomedical track, Tiffany grew a passion for helping others in both physical and emotional capacity. After volunteering at the Miss Amazing pageant in California this past spring, she knew she wanted to part of a team that not only empowers women but also raises awareness for an impactful organization. With a heart to pursue a career in developmental psychiatry, she hopes to help young girls and women develop their abilities and potentials while enjoying an experience of a life time through the Miss Amazing Pageant. 



After helping at the National Miss Amazing pageant in 2015, Jordan knew she had to be a part of this program forever. She served as the 2016-2017 California Miss Amazing State Director and is excited to stay involved as the State Advisor. Jordan currently works at Google as the Associate Communication Lead for Global Marketing Strategy and Operations. She studied film and engineering at the University of Southern California. Through her passion for women empowerment, which can be seen through her 10+ years involvement in pageantry, and her heart for those with disabilities, Jordan is honored to be a part of a purposeful program that is sure to leave an impact. 




Morgan Harris is a nurse at UCLA. She is new to the southern California area, as she just moved two years ago from Missouri. She is a graduate from the University of Missouri, where she got her Bachelors in Health Sciences. Her community involvement includes her chapter as  a Junior Chair in Daughters of the American Revolution. She is also a newlywed, and enjoys going to the gym with her husband, Sam. Morgan learned about Miss Amazing when she was back home in Missouri. She participated as a buddy in 2015. Last year that she got back involved as a buddy here in California. She has been a nurse for young people with special needs, and wants to be an advocate for all young people to know that, yes, they can!  




Janet Chang is currently studying psychobiology at the University of California, Los Angeles. An intern and graphic designer under UCLA’s Community Service Commission, she is passionate about environmental issues and nutrition education. After volunteering with California Miss Amazing as a buddy last year, she became inspired by the platform that the organization offered to young, beautiful women, and is excited to join the team in helping more girls feel empowered.
